As a brand ambassadors we are looking for someone to help us keep Sneaker Coffin in the forefront of all conversation. Whether on social media or in person, our Ambassadors are always on the scene and being seen with Sneaker Coffin. Being seen is only a part of it. We have a protective of our image so our ambassadors must be knowledgeable that they’re a reflection of our brand as well as themselves and when they look good Sneaker Coffin looks good too.

Relationships work better when they make sense for both parties involved. Our Ambassadors mean something to us and the industry we’re involved in. While big name endorsements have their use, Sneaker Coffin looks for an organic relationship with an ambassador that means something to us and can resonate with our customers as well. At the very core, we are sneakerheads. We are fully immersed in the sneaker culture and understand the needs of those like-minded individuals who are serious about their collection.

It started out as a simple problem. We needed a better way to store our collection other than the flimsy boxes which are often pre-damaged and, truth be told, an eyesore compared to the actual shoes that lay inside.

We sought for a solution. It had to be beautiful, sturdy, and stackable for consistency. No longer would we settle with unevenly sized piles of shoeboxes that could topple at any given moment. With this determination, we committed ourselves to designing the most resilient and attractive product to not only protect but also showcase a collection worthy of admiration.

This is just the beginning. The sneakerhead community deserves more and we’re diligently working towards providing top quality products to solve our common problems. We promise to continue partnering with the best in technology and create quality products by utilizing only top tier manufacturers in the world. What is Sneaker Coffin's exchange policy?

Sneaker Coffin Co does not offer exchanges. You may place a new order at any time for a different item and send in your current item for a refund (within our return policy). Placing a new order will ensure your item won’t go out of stock and you will receive it quickly.

We ALWAYS make returns are seamless and easy.

Please make sure all original packaging and tags are still attached on the product.

Return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition to the address provided in the return form, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Sneaker Coffin is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.

We currently offer FedEx or United States Postal Service (Hawaii/Alaska) as methods of shipment.

In-stock items ordered before 2pm Pacific will be shipped out that same day.

APO/FPO Free Shipping
As a part of our commitment to our nation’s military, we gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses free of charge. In-stock items ordered before 2pm Pacific will be shipped that same day via USPS, and scheduled to arrive within 7-14 business days.

International shipping information

We offer FedEx or United States Postal Service as methods of shipment.

Standard delivery is 5-10 business days, and depending on the service you choose, can be expedited.

Total shipping cost will depend on size and weight of your package.

To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly, always add in your phone number and email address upon placing an order. We, USPS, or FedEx may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Also, please be advised that we are not responsible for any duty or customs fees you may incur. Sneaker Coffin offers a one-year warranty (for all products purchased online from sneakercoffin.com) that guarantees all products be free of manufacture detects in material and craftsmanship starting on the date of purchase.

Sneaker Coffin will replace any product defect that is out of the normal everyday use. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this warranty to damage used by accidents and wear and tear.
